Confidence, Communication, and Comfort Zones

Rachel Schwarz, Sage Path Wellness

This confidence building circle for women is centered around enhancing communication

skills, deepening self-awareness, and pushing beyond our comfort zones. We will

explore core beliefs of self and see how they impact our movement through the

zones of growth. Through engaging activities and discussions, we will learn about and

exercise various communication styles; aiming to become more open and effective

communicators in everyday life! The ultimate goal is to feel confident navigating

and advocating in the world around us.

Rachel’s journey has been one of self-discovery and connection. In her twenties, she navigated feelings of anxiety and insecurity, searching for a deeper understanding of herself. It wasn’t until the world paused during the pandemic that she found the space to allow new experiences and connections. In 2022, she took a meaningful step by joining her local school district, driven by a desire to engage with and uplift her community. Supporting students has been a transformative experience that ignited a calling to help others embrace their own journeys and cultivate the tools needed to navigate life with clarity, purpose, and grace. In 2024, she stepped fully into this path, offering workshops, seminars, and group events that focus on self-awareness, resilience, and effective communication. Her work is guided by a belief in the power of personal transformation when we advocate with confidence.

Of Memories, Motherhood, and Moonshots:
The Transformative Power of Asking the Right Questions

Sheila B Robinson, Ed.D., Custom Professional Learning

What if asking the right questions could improve your relationships, help you succeed at work, and even boost your health? No, it’s not magic—it’s just about being curious in all the right ways. In this session, you will learn how simple, meaningful questions can catalyze innovation, change perspectives, and help solve complex problems. Sheila will share stories, historical moments, and even insights from research on questions. We’ll dive into how asking good questions can shift perspectives, boost creativity, and catalyze innovation. The best part? Asking great questions doesn’t require special training—just a little curiosity and the willingness to slow down, listen, and observe.

If you’re ready to spark change and see the world a little differently, then this session is for you. Let’s start asking better questions together!
